Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Hooden

Located off what is now a quiet residential road, the pub is oddly set back at an angle of 90° at a slightly lower level and is thus rather inconspicuous until you get quite close. Passing through the traditional interior to reach the back where one finds a huge beer garden with various different areas separated by planted areas. Two real ales were on offer from an outdoor bar: Doom Bar or Wainwright (£4.05).
