A 2 roomed pub with one of the rooms only accessible by a passageway alongside the bar rather than having a separate entrance through the main door. The main room is a bit cheap and cheerful with a karaoke rig in one corner. The rear room has a pool table and a dartboard and is smarter than the lounge. Some of the discussions going on in here were a bit tasty. No real ale, so I had a half of Guinness at £1.30 which was cheap enough. I think I'll be leaving this one to the locals on my next visit to the area though.

Called in one Monday afternoon before my bus arrived,where there was a couple of old codgers watching the racing channel,but no real ale to go at,but cant complain about the price of tetleys at £1.50p a pint.
