Planning approval granted March 2010 for redevelopment including pub/restaurant due to open in autumn 2011. Watch this space! (And it was my lunchtime regular in the summer of 1976!)

Used to be the busiest pub on the Ridgeway
Hywel Bennett used to drink in here most lunchtimes that i was in here. Now closed.Application for flats submitted.
