Tylers Green is a village just outside of High Wycombe and the village pub features in the Good Beer Guide. It was busy on our Sunday afternoon visit. There is a large wooden bar in front of you as you enter with seating either side. To the left-hand side is a dartboard, piano, a TV and also an outdoor yard to the side of the pub. The right-hand side has a large inglenook fireplace. There is also a large patio area to the front of the pub. Dogs are welcome.

On the bar, there are 5 cask ales. Rebellion IPA & Timothy Taylor Landlord are regulars. Guests whilst we were there were Timothy Taylor Golden Best, Dark Star Hophead & Brakspear Gravity. Ciders were Inch's & Old Mout. Beavertown Neck Oil was on keg. Menus displaying specials were on each table and Sunday roasts were available. It was quite late for lunch though and too early for dinner. We didn't spot anybody eating.

Nice pub, clearly popular, but despite having 5 cask ales, I thought the beer range was fairly pedestrian.

Another pleasing country pub in the entwined village of Tylers Green which was busy on an early Friday evening. Entering from the front of the pub, the horsehoe-shaped bar faces with tables and chairs on either side, although those to he left did have 'Reserved' signs on. Much fanfare of their pub grub menu, the home-cooked smell pervaded the room in a good way rather than bad. The ale line-up comprised GK's Abbot Ale, Sharp's Doom Bar and Rebellion IPA which seemed excessive at £4.10 for a pint. Good but not great.
