The Bull & Chain was a decent sized pub that was just across the car park from the Morning Star, this pub was also a Manns tied house when i first went it with mates while on a weekend pub crawl round Lincoln.
I have been in the pub on a few occasions and took my wife here for a meal while visiting Lincoln Christmas market.
Once inside there was a decent sized square shaped room to the right which was carpeted, the seating was comfy bench type around the edge of the room with chairs and normal tables and chairs in the middle.
There were a few real ales on the bar,we had a couple of drinks of Youngs Bitter on our last visit here, there was also Bass plus one more beer on the bar.
The food served was very nice we had a good roast beef dinner which was at a decent price, the pub was very busy with mainly older drinkers.
It is a shame that this pub has now closed down.
