All the things you want to avoid if you like pubs; COVID grey, bald-headed bar blockers, no cask and a music TV channel blasting out at 4pm. The Guinness was alright, served-up by a frighteningly gravel-voiced professional barmaid.

The White Horse is in the middle of Whitwick and was a Bass tied house,it is now a Thwaites tied house which surprised me being this far south.
