Part of a chain called Crown Carveries the emphasis here is on the food but it also has a lot of seating, tables and chairs in the bar area so it still feels like a pub, not a restaraunt, if you just want to pop in for a drink. Food is, guess what, a carvery. Priced at a bargin £3.50 the food is pretty good. The food servery is past the bar and beyond that is a very large seating area set up for diners. Greene King IPA on draught in the bar. Large car park.
