the yew tree inn is definately one of a dying breed of pub, a real pub with real people, very friendly without the need for airs and graces. The current landlord, (long may he remain) is one of those genuinely good sorts that you meet from time to time thru' life. Theres always a warm welcome from the staff whoever you may be but short thrift for idiots so sitting in the huge garden with the kids has no worries attached.
