First pub on my approach on foot into Deal. Seafront. Entered and packed solid with workers and old boys. TT landlord was on but I didn't trust it, stuck to a keg unfiltered Stella for £4.50.

Long thin room/bar.

Odd sign saying dogs not allowed on Monday evenings. Now, I am intrigued.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Forester

Beachfront pub, but far enough north of the town centre to be very much a locals place. Distinctive aqua-blue paintwork but a cantilever sign that's so faded as to be almost illegible. Narrow single bar, extending through to a pool area at the back, and both parts traditional in appearance. Just London Pride (£4.00) being served from the pair of handpumps, with the keg Doom Bar also noted.
