Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Lord Holmesdale

Quite an attractive-looking pub, with some neatly drawn festive messages on the windows. The interior has been opened out to leave a 'U'-shaped bar with a small raised area at the end of one branch and a pool table / dartboard in the other. Simple, light decor (somewhat dominated by the sports TV screens) and a limited amount of furniture (leaving room for a small stage). No real ale, indeed no draught bitter of any description, so went for a quick Kronenbourg (£1.90, half) before moving on.
