Reopened after fire damaged. Modern interior on two levels appealing to the nibbling and texting classes.Quiet outside area close to the city centre

A heavy rainstorm made entry to this pub a must.Only one ale pump wye Valley Bitter which the barstaff said was on the turn. Chose a lager instead but that was not brilliant. The rainsoaked crowd were of all ages but a younger crowed make use of it at night.It has a long, thin ground floot bar with a circular stair leading to an upper level. Pool tables well used at one end of the bar.

used ti be great but wots with no opening untill late on a sunday.wots the point everyone is already settled in other pubs by that time.
