Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Southampton Arms
The beer garden of this traditional country pub must have lost some appeal following construction of the nearby M27, but I suppose the motorway may reduce the chances of the building being swallowed up by the advancing West End suburbs. Anyway, it offers a comfortable main bar plus a side dining room extended into a conservatory. Front patio benches. Three real ales on handpump, offering Pride and two from Ringwood - Best and 49er (£3.25). (NB - Review dates from August 2011.)

H F left this review about The Southampton Arms
this pub has new owners, and a new chef. The food is fab, restaurant quality. A great choice too. The new owners have put a childrens play area in teh garden which is great as there is no where local that caters for children. They also have a really good childrens menu. Would definitely recommend!
