Certainly a more down to earth pub than those nearby. A split level interior with outside space as well. 1 real ale off on my visit.

A down to earth pub, in the beautiful village of Prestbury. The Beehive has quite a few positives – even though I had never set foot in this pub before, the bar staff were welcoming – so was the pub dog! I visited the pub early in the afternoon, so it was fairly quiet.
The staff were talkative and enthusiastic about the forthcoming Royal wedding celebrations – they had just received a package of Royal wedding paraphernalia – banners and other decorations. I'm sure the Beehive will look splendid decked out in red, white and blue. There will be a live band appearing on the evening of the wedding.
In addition to being in a very picturesque location, The Beehive has a beer garden, skittle alley and a darts team.
