Espino Lounge, New Milton

Visited 30/03/26 No cask. Usual keg offering of Brixton Reliance Pale Ale, Henry Weston's Vintage Cider, Cruz, Menabrea, Moretti, Hofmeister, berries & cherries Old Mount Cider. New Loungers venue in New Milton since I was last here at the start of June 2025. Shop fronted long rectangle from the pavement with a few metal tables and chairs on the pavement out front to consider on a less blustery day. Regular tables and chairs at the front with the bar counter along the left-hand wall mid venue in the fully bare boarded inside. There are a couple of leather studded benches along the right-hand wall opposite the bar counter serving regular tables and some tall tables and tall stools in the space between. The rear section has a mix of similar banquettes around the perimeter serving regular tables. Walls were attractively papered and housed lots of mirrors and prints in true Loungers style, albeit the quantum of glass shades hanging from the ceiling was reduced compared to many of their sister venues. A soulful soundtrack was playing and no obvious signs of any screens or digital games machines! There is an upstairs area, but I didn't check it out.
