11 Central, Salford

Located in the Quayside MediaCityUK shopping centre, 11 Central is the latest, and maybe the largest, Seven Bro7thers outlet. The interior is L-shaped with a blue tilled wooden topped bar counter that supports the full Seven Bro7thers craft keg range across the rear wall. To the left of the entrance is a shuffleboard table and a couple of dartboards are found in the right rear. A mix of high benches, standard tables and some booths sit in between. There are no televisions, but there was some background music. I went for a pint that tasted of Lilt, I think it was called Tropical. It was actually OK, and reasonably priced at £4.50 due to my midweek early evening visit falling within happy hour. An American food menu is available, the burgers are very pricey at £17. It’s OK in here, but I’m not sure that there’s enough passing trade to make it viable. Maybe they’re hoping to pinch some customers from Central Bay opposite.
