The Fox, Todmorden

With three (albeit small) rooms, this is perhaps more of a mini-pub than a micro one since it relocated here? Anyway, it's an interesting little place, with a surprisingly light interior and a friendly welcome. I found all eight handpumps and 15 craft keg taps in use, offering a great range of beers in different styles and strengths. After some dither, I went for the cask Lost in the Forest from Thornbridge (£5.00).

Now in its new location across the main road and round the corner, it’s much bigger than the old place which is now The Corner House. Comprising three rooms, the counter is in the centre room with seating in all three rooms. The unisex toilet is off the left hand room. Decorated in plain grey and white, it retains board floors. There’s a black board each side of the counter with cask beers on one and the keg listing on the one opposite. There are nine pulls although not all were in use on my visit and fifteen numbered keg taps on the back wall.
