The Fox & Finch, Tarring, Worthing

I'm a sucker for a micropub. This one near a busy intersection of 2 A-roads, North West from the centre of Worthing, did not disappoint. We were the first customers in on a Sunday lunchtime (the pub appears to close at 5 on a Sunday) and the two girls behind the bar were laying out the aforementioned cheese board on the bar. Although I didn't see any request for donations and now feel a hint of guilt for us having taken a few items! Just the 2 real ales were on - Allsop's Pale Ale & Burning Sky Aurora. These were accompanies by 3 real ciders (Sandford Orchards Rib Tickler, Thistly Cross Whisky Cask & Snail's Bank Pig Squeal) and some craft beers - Crafty Brewing Laughing Wolf, Only With Love Reboot, Buxton 50 Fifty, Fallen Acorn Sith Faced & Farm Yard I'm Coming Home. The interior is a typical square-shaped affair with lots of items on the walls to keep your attention occupied, including a fair size collection of thimbles.

In my previous review I forgot to add that gin and whiskey are available. Also at the moment there is a free (donations for charity requested) cheese board on Sunday lunchtimes.

Usually two cask beers are offered together with a good range of craft keg and ciders. A small number of outdoor seats at the front of the pub have been added.
