Soho Theatre Pub, Walthamstow, E17

Visited 02/09/26 No cask. Keg offering driven by the nap hand from Signature Brew (the Studio lager, the Roadie IPA, the Haze Machine hazy IPA, the Black Vinyl stout and the low ABV Lo-Fi), then their own branded Soho Theatre Neon lager and the Henry Westons vintage cider. Glass fronted venue a good few doors down from the E17 offshoot of the Soho Theatre. Raised bare boarded area along the front with mostly tall tables and tall stools and a similar but much less raised bare boarded area immediately in front of the entrance with similar seating options. Main seating area on original concrete floor with regular tables and chairs plus some larger tables on the left-hand side of the venue with then some facing studded leather sofas and a leather banquette down the right-hand wall serving regular tables. Bar counter along rear wall with beer taps on rear wall with a cinema style board above announcing upcoming events and the cocktail of the month and an open kitchen as a continuation from middle to left-hand rear corner. Large neon on front right-hand wall pronouncing "I'm in love with the modern world", assume from the fabulous Roadrunner by Jonathan Richman and the Modern Lovers, with the rest of the left- and right-hand walls plastered by framed pictures. No screens and a super decent pop soundtrack. The Signature Brew heavy beer option won't appeal to everyone, but I really enjoyed my visit here.

Basicaly a burger bar that sells beer, albeit some decent beer, burgers untried. Not cheap but ok for what it is.

An ubertrendy craft ale and burger joint with a very industrial interior fronting the kitchen and bar at the back. At one end, a small stage houses a big screen and a DJ booth. A row of microphone-handled keg taps provided a selection of 'Signature Brews' with a good range including a number of stouts and dark beers, but overpriced of course with most around £6 a pint. OK if you want some experimental beers I suppose.

A collaboration between the local signature brewery and a food business called We Serve Humans. It's set in a modern unit that is part of the Empire cinema complex and is half restaurant and half pub where you are welcome to just have a drink. There is no cask but numerous keg options. The prices are displayed on the web site and are predictably high.
