The King Arthur, Stourbridge

The first Bathams pub of the weekend and we were pleased to see all three of the brews on. Opened in 2017, it’s quite modern and bright inside, an open-plan staple shape done-out in creams and browns. There’s enough cobs available to warrant a special menu. I went for a pint of the Mild which was in good form (NBSS 3.5). Not a classic Bathams place but solid enough. 7.5

Converted from offices but looks traditional inside and out. Only thing I would change is the too bright and harsh lighting. Leccy meter must be spinning like a top. Of course, the beer is excellent. Full house on a Tuesday evening and everyone (apart from a child) was drinking the Bathams Bitter.
