The Coinage Hall (JD Wetherspoon), Helston

As hinted below this is something of a labyrinth with areas either side and up and down stairs. There is a side patio and a roof terrace. It's a fairly new JDW so the fixtures and fittings are way above average. Sadly the beer choice wasn't with four of the twelve hand pumps unused, one available soon, two Abbots, Ruddles, Marston's One Is 90, GK Old Speckled Hen, JDW Everard's Defender and Wood's Shropshire Lad. None of these appealed at all but I spotted the Cornish Crown Red IPA on keg (£3.49) which although expensive went down a treat with a large breakfast. I thought this was another potentially very good Spoons let down by a pretty poor beer choice, a recurring theme in SW England and at times in other areas.

Called into this new Wetherspoon outlet and it is very different from their usual bars inside with different drinking areas including a massive outside drinking area upstairs. There are a few different levels on the ground floor, but all linked by either ramps or small lifts for disabled folk.
