The Staggered Inn, Dover

This is unusual as it is essentially a cider micropub that does a token real ale. It's a long narrow split level room with the serving area at the rear. There was a fairly loud rock soundtrack playing which is unusual for a micropub. The token beer was Mad Cat Pow Wow Pale but I went for one of the eight ciders Wild Owl Dry (£3.50) which was very enjoyable. There are also a variety of bottles on sale. This one doesn't provide the usual micropub experience but I thought it well worth a visit.
