Beeropolis, Burton On Trent Town, Burton on Trent

A comfortable and relaxing micropub with no bar counter, beers being poured in the cold room and brought out to customers at their tables or in the absence of tables, to where they happen to be standing. Beers, ciders and keg offerings are listed on a blackboard, with real ales identified by their respective pump clips. It was quite busy here before the game, with Burton and Luton supporters mixing amicably. I liked this one much more than the Last Heretic near the station, and that's not just because we had yet to lose the match at the time of my visit here.

Decent one room micro pub with four or five beers on stillage as noted below. Strongest brew was 5.5 ABV which went down well.
