The Norman is a new bar that is just up from the Revolution. Once inside there is a long oblong shaped room which runs to the rear,the bar is to the front left. The floor is stone and the seating bench type down the left side. There are no real ales on the bar,this place seems to be more of a craft beer bar,that does not mean that much to me,but the service was friendly and i was offered a taster of any beer i wanted,i opted for a drink of Flying Dog Doggie Style Pale Ale which tasted quite nice but was far too fizzy for my liking. The other keg beers on the bar were Brooklyn Ale,Shipyard Pale Ale and one more i could not read my notes of. Background music was playing,this bar was a lot quieter and less busy than the Revolution just down from it. Pub visited 2/1/2106
