The Curfew, Berwick-Upon-Tweed

This is set down a short alley leading off Bridge Street but thankfully there is a sign there otherwise it would be really difficult to find. The pub is at the end of a short alley on the right where there is a courtyard that is probably larger than the pub itself. Inside it's a rectangular room with the bar at the far end and none of the high tables and chairs often found in these sort of places. It's not a large micropub nor is it one of the smallest. Four beers were available Just A Minute End of an Era, Wishbone Black Porter, Captain Cook Endeavour and Swannay Island Hopping. I went for the Wishbone Porter (£3.30) which was in excellent nick. All in all another good micropub.
