Cabo Roche Bar, Bridgend

Sounds like a terrible early 00’s Nu-Metal band. It’s modern bar, though fairly comfortable. M shaped interior with a metro tiled servery. Muted TV football and darts available for the noisy punters. Three pumps with two ales on, Doom Bar and Gower Gold, the latter of which was hazy and flabby (NBSS 1.5) which took some feat in ordering via the bar blockers. Decided I’d had enough after 5 minutes.

Looked like a backstreet coffee lounge but proved to be a rather good pub with 3 ales on: Tomos Watkins Cwrw Haf, Bass and Doom Bar. Rather non-descript modern décor but very friendly.
