Good Intent, Walworth, SE17

The Good Intent is situated in the heart of the east street market which was still in full swing at 5.30 in the afternoon. Once inside the i had a drink in an oblong shaped room which had comfy bench seating,there was another seperate room which i did'nt look in. There were two pumps on the bar with one having a Doom Bar clip on,but when i asked for the Doom Bar i was told they dont do it anymore,this left me with John Smiths smooth crap to drink,this was up to its usuall standards crap. I quite like doing pubs in market locations,but this pub was let down by the lack of one real ale. Pub visited 13/9/2014
