Calluna, Nottingham

Ride is a fairly new bar that is situated next to Formans and opposite the corner house. Once inside there is a small area near the entrance which has got a few tall stools with a leather puff cushions on top and smaller puff stools,there is also a table top games machine here. The bar is down a few steps on the right,this area is also very small with only four bar stools and a bar football table,there is a spiral staircase from this area to the toilets and another small area. There were no real ales on the bar but lots of lagers which i dont drink,so i had a drink of Guinness which was quite nice. I sat in the area near the entrance and the flooring was very sticky which is something i dont like at all. The bar was empty on my mid tuesday afternoon visit,but there was some decent music playing in the background. This is a very small bar that is not really to my taste but it was open during the day which is the one thing going for this place. Pub visited 27/11/2012
