One Trick Pony Club, Birmingham

A detached O'Neills chain pub/eatery with a patio area at the front. The pub is a 30's mock-Tudor styled place, in brick with moulded stone around the windows. It has a gable front, a roundall window and two large modern entrances in blue. The interior is a large, open L-shape which is in red, white and green amongst other colours. It odes food, but we didn't eat. The walls had a mix of old photos and arty stuff on them. The service was fine and the place rammed with a mixed clientele. The music was general and at a decent level and i didn't see a TV. Beer; usual tap stuff with Purity UBU and a fair enough Doombar on handpull. A popular Spoons style pub, as O'Neills are. Nothing to go out of your way for if you are a real ale fan.
