An Irish-themed bar in a busy nightlife area. It consists of a narrow single room bar with a tiled floor, bearded barman and lots of rugby paraphernalia hanging from the ceiling. There is a TV screen showing rugby. Free WiFi is available and there is Irish background music playing. Freshly cooked food is available from the kitchen, which is easily viewed through an opening in the bar wall, but there is a lingering smell of stale cooking fat which is a bit off-putting. There is the usual selection of Irish drinks, both spirits and megakeg beers, but no real ale which lets it down. Apparently they do hold Irish live music nights, but unless you like ruby and/or Irish music, there isn’t much to make it stand out from other, similar establishments.
