Still searching for a city centre pub with a beer garden/terrace. This has one, but to get to it, you need to fight your way through the kareoke and dancing. At tea time. Upstairs bar - Timothy Taylor Landlord an unexpected find in such a place. Terrace bar was super but of course packed.

this pub was open and pretty busy on a Sunday morning. I must say I really liked the room I was in, a beautifully done up traditional place. 3 of the handpumps were on with Landlord, a Wychwood Christmas beer and their own branded ‘Turkish Delight’ which was a delicious 6%er. I don’t know where it’s brewed and didn’t ask but it really was very nice.
