Substantial Marston's pub / restaurant, set some way back from the road by an open grassed area, and even larger than it initially appears because the single-storey side extension is hidden by a vegetated pergola above the front patio beer garden. Once inside you find the bar and general seating / dining area on the right-hand side and the main carvery section off to the left (with a grassed beer garden and children's play area beyond). Pedigree (£4.60) served from the bank of three handpumps plus standard keg options.
