Melanzana, Battersea, SW11

As noted in the “Page Updates” this is now an Italian restaurant. They have Moretti on tap and happily accepted my custom Al being on a quiet part of the day restaurant wise between lunch and dinner. An array of Italian beers in bottle also. The place looks like an Italian restaurant and is indeed a venue I have noted as somewhere to eat if in the area looking for a homely Italian menu. The space itself is a quite small rectangle and it maintains the same layout as when it traded as a pub with the bar area against the back wall (so given comment about overall size) not too far from entrances on front or side of the venue. Rated purely as a drinking establishment no reflection on the venue in its current primary purpose!
