Dronfield Arms, Dronfield

The Dronfield Arms is a small pub that is fairly close to the train station. Once inside the pub has got one room divided into two areas the lower area close to the entrance has got a bar but there are no real ale pumps on this bar,if you walk up a couple of steps this takes you into the larger rear area the bar is to the left and there were five real ales on it,the back area is quite long and narrow with bench seating running down the length of the room and on each side of it,the pub has got light bare boards throughout giving it a modern look. I had a drink of Bradfield Farmers Blonde and this was a very nice drink there was also Thwaites Nutty Black on and three other real ales that i could'nt get the names of as there were people propping the bar up. The beer was nice here but this is not really the sort of pub that i like. Pub visited 24/3/2012
