The Joiners, Finchley Central, N3

Very busy pub with most people following the European footy.L shaped pub with outside seating to front and rear.They had Doombar Tribute and Old speckled Hen and 3 craft keg beers on.I had a pint of the lovely hoppy Brewdog -punk ipa at the reasonable price of £4.50.Locals pub with loads of tv,s and 4 slot machines but I found it comfortable and would call in again.

I spent a Saturday afternoon/early evening in here and found it to be pleasant enough. Admittedly I did spend most of it in the nice beer garden at the rear of the pub. There is also some seating at the front of the pub, but it is right next to a busy main road. Lots of standard lagers were available alongside Pride, but the Pride was not good. I ended up on the Stella and this plus a pint of Fosters came to the grand total of £4.95 – Cheap as chips! The barman/manager was polite, but didn't crack a smile once. The evening staff were a lot happier and seemed to be enjoying themselves behind the bar. The inside has lots of comfy seating and there are 3 plasma screens and 3 normal sets for watching the sport on. I would return to watch the football, but probably not at any other time.
