Queens Head, Kidderminster

Multiroomer, served from a central bar, with outdoor seating both front and rear. They do food, but there is also a very nice cafe next door. Very good Wye Valley Butty Bach on today. Pleasantly taken on bench seating in the sunshine.

Attractive pub in an interesting village just north of Kidderminster. Refurbished fairly recently, but it retains a two-room layout at the front, although one is really a restaurant these days (and another dining room can be found further back). The bar area was doing good business on a Thursday evening, with a darts match in progress as well. Pedigree, Wainwright and a 'house' Golden Ale of unstated provenance (but no doubt from Marston's, £4.40) available from the three handpumps.
