Foundry Project, Manchester

Foundry Project is a large L-shaped bar with a central L-shaped serving counter that supports prem keg alongside Neck Oil. High tables run along the front floor to ceiling windows and there’s a step up to the rear where standard tables sit on the left and a strip of seating with a dartboard at one end and a television at the other on the right. Muted Olympics was on the television while the weekly Tuesday quiz was in progress. During the question breaks the likes of Lady Gaga played in the background, I expect this is the genre of music at other times in the week. I didn’t hate it in here, but this isn’t somewhere I plan to return.

Rebranded as Foundry Project. They get their Estrella in bulk tank from Barcelona ! Maybe 500 litre tanks .

Another place I'm too old for. It did however have 4 real ales that I could make out. EPA, pedigree, Bluu Oyster Cult Stout and another Ive forgotten. Expensive. As seems the norm everybody seemed to have tattoos so to fit in I got a pen from the nearby bookies and drew all over myself.
