Fishermans Arms, Maidstone

The Fisherman's Arms is a long and thin pub that was populated by three learned locals and a barmaid during my recent midweek early evening visit. Master Brew and Spitfire were available from the two hand pumps and the usual Shepherd Neame draught was also available. there was some low background music playing and the plasma screen was off, although I did spot a Sky Sports advertisement in the window. At the rear of the pub is a dartboard. The service was friendly, but there are more comfortable pubs in the immediate area so I'll not be rushing back.
