Aug 2020 Large multi -roomed Youngs pub with a central island bar, wooden floor, a mixture of high and low seating, dartboard, piped music, I imagine this was once a solid boozer but now opened out somewhat and smarted up has probably lost some character. Five handpumps with only two beers on the go post lockdown. Twickenham Grandstand and Youngs Ordinary, the latter was as expected in this day and age, bland and unchallenging but welcome all the same on a hot day. The pub was decent enough and worth a pint in if nearby.
