Newly opened tap for the Hebden Bridge-based brewery, housed in the former Devonshire pub so less industrial than one might expect. However, the U-shaped interior - with seating areas on each side of the entrance lobby, and the counter at the far end - is rather stark, with plain white paintwork and quite light wooden tables and flooring. A few small tables can also be found out on the pavement. Anyway, the beer selection is excellent, with all kinds of styles available from five handpumps and 18 craft keg taps, and after some dither, I went for the 4.5% Mosaic pale collaboration with To Øl (£5.00). An interesting addition to the city's already splendid selection of drinking houses.
