The Red Cow (Y Buwch Coch), Merthyr Tydfil

Great old pub, has been renovated a few times over the past thirty years but still has that old welsh pub feel, very local and friendly, nice pint and busy chatty staff this is one of only two pubs left open in Cefn.

Always a nice pint, very friendly and chatty bar staff nice food always packed at lunch time especially on a sunday afternoon. great place to start a hike or walk on the lovely hills that surround this village.
