The White Hart, Pennington, Lymington

The White Hart is a large family friendly pub located a short walk from Lymington Town Centre. At the rear is a garden that houses children’s climbing apparatus and at the front there is a smoking shelter and parking. There was some background music playing in the L shaped interior, but I didn’t spot any televisions. Wi-Fi is available and there is a quiz every Monday from 21:00. During a recent Tuesday evening visit the four hand pumps were drawing Hop Back Brewery’s Summer Lightening, Sharp’s Doom Bar, Salopian Brewery’s Shropshire Gold and Ringwood’s Best. A premium keg range was also available. I didn’t see any menus, but my visit was late when the kitchen would have been closed. I found the service to be polite, but I’m not sure that I would walk down from the town again.
