The Cross Keys, York

The Cross Keys is a decent side pub that is close to York racecourse. Once inside there is a fairly large single L shaped room with the bar facing,the seating is two picnic tables to the right,plus some normal tables and chairs to the left and bucket type chairs. There were four real ales on the bar,i had a drink of York Guzzler which went down very well,the other beers were Leeds Best,Copper Dragon Golden Pippin and Taylor Landlord,i thought this was a good choice of real ales. Background music was playing and food is available,i did'nt see a pool table or darts board but i did'nt have a really good look round. I prefered this pub to the one just down the road. Pub visited 23/5/2015

A large open plan pub located across the knavesmire from York racecourse. Standard draught selection. The pub has a dartboard, pool table and was advertising live music.
