The Beeswing Ale House, York

The The Beeswing is a decent pub in an area of York where there ar'nt many pubs. This pub has been opened out into one room the bar faces as you enter and there are two distinct drinking areas either side of the bar,there was leather bench seating at the front of the pub and this was quite a comfortable place to sit. There was a good choice of beers on here with five real ales on i had a drink of Vale Black swan this was a dark mild and was a very nice drink the other beers that i noticed were Brains Reverend James,Taylor Landlord and a beer from Moorhouses. The pub was packed on my Sunday dinner visit with students watching football on the TV. If i had visited this pub when it was a bit quieter i would have quite liked it here.
