Victoria Hotel, Nottingham

A fine looking and somewhat imposing red bricked late Victorian pub. There are several rooms inside worthy of investigation. There were some eight or nine cask beers available in a range of styles, I plumped for Burton Bridge Stairway To Heaven which was in good form. There are a lot of good pubs in Beeston and this one belongs near the top of the list.

Old fashioned looking brick building from the outside, on the back of the station platform. Inside its beautifully restored, different areas, interesting menu and good choice of beers. Well worth a visit
