Request to mark pub as open submitted by Mark Davey, with included notes: The Turf Tavern has re-opened after a £400,000 refit and is now renamed the Hop Merchant. 3 hand pulls on the bar selling Tribute, Harvest Pale and a guest, along with several chrome keg taps. The exterior is retained, but the interior is 100% rebuilt with new toilets and a new floor in the main bar. They are doing food and have a small function room upstairs.
