There was one standard handpump that was unused, a new shiny metallic Young's Bitter pump also unused - even the John Smith's was off leaving me to have a half of Carling at £2 (!!) for a half. There didn't seem to be any food available when I was in during a weekday aftrnoon, but I guess it's probably available at other times going by previous postings. The pub looks mightily impressive from the outside, but I found the interior quite unimpressive. Seating seems to be black plastic upholstered benches and chairs; the pool table is still there at the back as is the DJ area. The only other people in there were a couple of young men speaking a foreign language, and some awful rap music from MTV was coming out of the TV. Perhaps if I had visited the beautiful shisha garden, or visited at another time, I would have been more impressed, but it would have to take something mightily impressive to offset the cheek of charging £2 for a half of Carling. I'm afraid that this one did not do it for me.

A friendly pub, with a beautiful shisha garden, welcoming owners and a delicious menu. I recommend to everyone!
