The Black Heart, Camden Town, NW1

I've been to Camden more times than I care to remember and until I found this pub by chance I didn't know that it existed as it is tucked down a back street within spitting distance from Camden Town Station. The Adnams and Landlord were both off during my visit in the early evening so the only offerings were Staropramen, John Smiths and some standard lager. I found the staff to be very friendly, especially for Camden. The food seemed very reasonably priced for the area – especially compared to the Prince Albert up the road. I didn't try the food though so cannot comment on whether it is edible. This is primarily a sports pub as it has at least 2 plasma screens and a projector with the ability to show Sky and Setanta. There was a match on but the sound was muted and some loud music was being played. I'd maybe pop back in here if I was passing, but then again the Constitution is just up the road and I think that is much better for watching the footie.
