The Slaughtered Lamb, Clerkenwell, EC1

Nothing remarkable looking about this pub from the outside, and the theme continues inside,a big open room full of tables ,chairs and some bench seating, and although a good percentage of them were full with mostly diners on an early weekday, late lunchtime, little in way of any pub atmosphere was being generated.Where this place does score would seem to be with the beer,four pumps were offering two beers from the Moor brewery,one from Red Ink and my choice, Magic Rock Ringmaster which was decent,there were some Craft offerings,I didn't note these. I didn't really take to this pub but given the beers available would take a look if passing in the future.

This is a very busy night time bar.Large U shaped bar with a couple of real ales and a good selection of keg beers inc Camden beers. Loud music makes it difficult to speak but sign language helps to order a drink.Scooped the new London brewery Brupond in here.very good beer.May,be an afternoon visit might be best.Seriously good name for a pub.i like this pub.
