The Railway Tavern, Shettleston, Glasgow

Old-school single-storey pub, with a plain but impressive double-sided servery and two door-less snugs on one side. There are also two partitions forming a separate part of the bar along the front counter (beyond which there is another entrance into the intact off-sales area). Traditional furniture and decor limited to a few B&W photographs of the locality. No real ale of course, so went for the Caledonia Best (£2.90). Doesn't appear to be of much interest when viewed from the road, but the Camra national inventory interior is certainly worth a look.
