The East Port, Dunfermline

This is a sports bar with, as might be expected, several screens showing a football match, and lots of high tables with chairs to match. On the bar were four hand pumps, with Timothy Taylor Landlord doubled, Loch Leven Shining Knight and one with nothing on. The local beer was not much to my taste, but in good condition. Dunfermline's pubs are a motley crew, the best of them probably the Commercial. I wouldn't object to coming back here if there was a game on. Date of visit: 12th June 2019

Semi-modernised pub behind the traditional stone façade, with the bar set between a slightly raised seating area at the front and a bit of a lounge at the back. Also has a rear beer garden. Landlord and Old Speckled Hen (£2.60) available from two of the four handpumps.
